The Princess Theater in Burnham-On-Sea announces a series of fun family shows

The Princess Theater in Burnham-On-Sea will be putting on a series of fun family shows this fall.

The Princess Theater will host several live shows aimed at families, including crazy science experiments, dinosaurs and an introduction to theater for toddlers.

The first of these will take place on Saturday 8 October and comes from the award-winning Derby Theatre, with their production Let’s Play Messing Around, aimed at under-5s and their families.

“It will be a magical, musical tale full of mischief and chaos inspired by creative encounters between artists and kindergartners,” a spokeswoman said.

“The show will be performed on the main theater floor with cushions strewn about to give an extra layer of comfort for those who have never attended a theater before.”

Then, on Saturday, October 15, another show titled “TOP SECRET: The Magic of Science” will explode onto the stage, blending the mystery of magic with wondrous and miraculous scientific feats.

“You’ll have to hang on to your seats because they turn the Princess Theater into a real science lab,” the spokesperson adds.

Then, on November 3 and 4, The Dinosaur Show comes to town, bringing a host of prehistoric creatures to life with giant puppets and the chance for you to see them up close.

Aimed at ages 3 and up, the shows will include performances for families and schools. If you are a school, please contact the ticket office directly on 01278 784464.
